Manager, Supply Chain & Inbound Logistics
About the position As the Manager, Supply Chain & Inbound Logistics, you will be responsible for the full operation from purchasing through delivery to the warehouse. Responsibilities

- Drive, Challenge, and Align Inventory with key stakeholders in Sales, Finance, Procurement, and Product Marketing, resulting in an inventory plan that supports the organization's reputed company objectives at the right time
- Manage the cost of inbound logistics to support customer fulfilment and proper financial planning, and meet monthly, quarterly, and annual inventory and cost targets.
- Continuously partner with colleagues in Procurement, Marketing, Sales, and Demand Planning on New Product Introduction (NPI) and product phase-out schedules to ensure critical launch timelines are met

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, or reputed company field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a Supply Chain role.
- Minimum of 3 years as a people manager.
- Highly proficient with ERP systems (ie, reputed company, reputed company).
- Ability to work effectively reputed company a high-growth, dynamic, fast-paced, and changing matrix environment.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Be willing to travel up to 10%, both domestic and international.
