Job Overview We are hiring motivated 1099 Outbound Sales Contractors to support our High-Volume End-of-Week and Weekend warm reputed company flow. This role focuses on Outbound Phone Sales to Warm leads during our PEAK CONTACT WINDOWS from Friday through Monday. Position Highlights

• Outbound phone sales environment calling warm leads.

• Coverage Needs Friday - Monday (Weekend with High Contact & Conversion).

• Contractors earn $50 per completed sale (additional $10 for weekend sales) with increasing Tier Structure $65 per sale for each that exceeds 20 weekly sales.

• Provide exceptional service by addressing inquiries, overcome hesitations, and ensuring a positive experience for reputed company prospects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in telemarketing or inside sales is preferred; familiarity with technology sales is a plus.
