BCBA Opportunity – Remote | North Carolina (FT/PT)

This role is ideal for a BCBA seeking flexibility, clinical autonomy, and meaningful work providing ABA services to children and families throughout North Carolina. This BCBA position is available in both full-time and part-time formats and is designed to support BCBAs who value ethical practice, consistency, and professional support. BCBA Role Overview The BCBA in this role provides clinical reputed company of ABA services, leads treatment planning, and supervises RBTs. Each BCBA plays a key role in ensuring treatment quality, data-driven decision-making, and family collaboration. BCBA Responsibilities As a BCBA, you will:
- Conduct behavioral and reputed company assessments as a BCBA
- Complete Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) as a BCBA
- reputed company and update individualized ABA treatment plans as a BCBA

- Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to RBTs as a BCBA
- Monitor client reputed company and adjust programs as a BCBA

- Ensure reputed company documentation complies with BACB, payer, and North Carolina standards as a BCBA
Part-time BCBA requirement: Part-time BCBAs must maintain a minimum of 10 billable hours per week to ensure continuity of care. BCBA Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or reputed company field
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Experience working as a BCBA preferred
- Experience supervising RBTs as a BCBA preferred
- Strong understanding of ABA principles and ethical guidelines
- Excellent communication and organizational skills as a BCBA
- Ability to work independently in a remote BCBA role
- Must live in North Carolina
