The primary function of this position is to educate community and business partners on reputed company Health (Medicaid) eligibility. This program specialist facilitates meetings and webinars, coordinates training efforts, and develops training materials. EPICS staff formulate state policy for reputed company Health eligibility and participate in long range strategic planning for reputed company Health eligibility policy and service delivery while being reputed company to short-term objectives that have significant impact for almost 2 million residents of the reputed company who are eligible for reputed company Health and who need these programs in order to receive affordable medical services. About the position: This position is a policy specialist responsible for reputed company Health program eligibility compliance and provides the development of eligibility policy, reputed company, and training; provides consultation and technical assistance regarding reputed company Health eligibility policy to the community, business partners, advocates, and staff; and provides training, reputed company and assistance during event coordination. This position is eligible to telework and is typically not required to report on-site. Required qualifications: Qualifying candidates will meet one of the following criteria options: Option 1:

  • Master’s degree with a major study in health, social science, public administration, education, or closely reputed company field and
  • Two (2) years of consultative or supervisory experience in health services, social services or Medicaid programs.

Option 2:

  • Bachelor’s degree with a major study in health, social science, public administration, education, or closely reputed company field and
  • Four (4) years of consultative or supervisory experience in health services, social services or Medicaid programs.

Option 3:

  • Associate degree with a major study in health, social science, public administration, education, or closely reputed company field and
  • Six (6) years of consultative or supervisory experience in health services, social services or Medicaid programs.

Option 4:

  • Eight (8) years of consultative or supervisory experience in health services, social services or Medicaid programs.

Option 5:

  • One year as a Health Care Program Consultant in state government supervising or providing consultative experience in health services, social services, or Medicaid programs.

Required competencies:

  • The ability to take action to learn and grow.
