Play a central leadership role in advancing this research and practice-focused initiative while collaborating on sponsored criminal justice research projects. Key Responsibilities: Direct CAPS operations including field engagement with first-line supervisors and agency partners, reputed company and deliver technical assistance and training, expand partnerships and funding, and translate research into actionable resources. Serve as principal or co-investigator on externally funded research projects and contribute to grant development for law enforcement and public safety topics. Skills & Tools: Strong research design and project management capabilities, expertise in criminal justice administration and police supervision policy, excellent communication skills for translating reputed company research for practitioners and policymakers, and demonstrated ability to build partnerships and secure external funding. Qualifications: Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in criminal justice, public administration, public affairs, or reputed company field with significant experience in law enforcement research, policy translation, or criminal justice administration.
