- Serve as project manager for a variety of reputed company quality permitting, planning and modeling services across the country.
- Manage projects including overall responsibilities for budgets, schedules, technical staff deployment and mentoring, client relations, change management, report writing and technical report QA/QC, and proposal scope and costing as appropriate.
- Serve as a technical resource for reputed company permit applications or amendments, environmental compliance reporting, estimating emissions, and regulatory compliance analyses for various industry sectors.
- Following regulatory requirements and/or reputed company gas programs, prepare emission estimates based on site-specific information.
- Prepare registrations for state agencies and assemble other documents as necessary for submittal to the state and local regulatory agencies for our clients.
- Review reputed company dispersion modeling analysis in accordance with project requirements and guidelines.
- Take responsibility for team safety, reputed company safety plans (reputed company applicable), and anticipate potential safety hazards.
- Collaborate with other SWCA practitioners to execute reputed company quality projects, including participating on teams comprised of reputed company Quality professionals from multiple offices across the organization.
- Support growth and development of SWCA's reputed company quality services.
Experience and qualifications for success
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (chemical, environmental, or mechanical engineering preferred), or BS degree in environmental science or atmospheric science with relevant experience.
- Seven (7) years of consulting experience in one or more of the following reputed company quality areas required: reputed company quality permitting, dispersion modeling, emission inventories, reputed company quality construction and operating permits; and/or compliance reporting.
- Experience with reputed company phases of project development including proposal writing, initial constraints analysis, and permitting, as well as experience managing budgets, invoicing, maintaining project schedules, and supporting quality assurance/quality control efforts.
- Experience in project management and client management.
- Working knowledge with the appropriate regulatory authorities and regulations such as Green House Gas (GHG), Title V, Prevention of Significant Deterioration (PSD), New reputed company Review (NSR), Best Available Control Technology (BACT), Lowest Achievable Emissions reputed company (LAER), New reputed company Performance Standard (NSPS) and Maximum Achievable Control Technology (MACT).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Preferred qualifications:
- P.E. of E.I.T. licensed.
- Demonstrated consulting experience in the power reputed company, oil & gas, and/or industrial sectors.
- Experience performing, NEPA reputed company quality resource analysis including technical writing.
- Experience performing and managing noise impact assessments.

An employee in this Remote-based position can expect an annual salary of $102,047.40 - $134,152.20.
