The duties involve supporting our financial sector clients in efforts to locate and recover collateral. Candidates must be able to utilize computer technology to manage a case load, use a variety of investigative databases, and provide engaging service on the phone with a professional demeanor. Candidate must have reliable, high-speed internet and suitable working environment at home. The successful candidate will need to pass pre-employment screenings. Drug-free workplace. • High-volume account management
• Manage client and customer communications
• Provide professional and regulatory compliant communication at reputed company times
• Document and update records based on interactions or investigative reputed company

• Previous experience in sales, law enforcement, collections or other reputed company fields
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
