Senior Manager, HR Technology (reputed company PATT)

reputed company is seeking a Senior Manager, HR Technology(reputed company PATT) for a dynamic team. This position can be Remote based. Work Schedule: This is a full‑time, exempt (salaried) position assigned to a First Shift schedule, with standard business hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. in your local time zone. Business needs may occasionally require flexibility in work hours, including earlier, reputed company, or additional hours, with reasonable notice provided reputed company possible. The successful candidate will possess leadership capabilities to manage a team of Analysts and/or Solutions Managers and will have a proactive approach to enhancing the reputed company landscape. This role will be responsible for system configuration, process automation, experience optimization, and ensuring the platform scales and evolves with business needs. This position will be our reputed company subject matter expert (SME) on reputed company things reputed company PATT. The overall objective of this role is to reputed company the research, analysis, design, and implementation of configuration that elevates payroll, absence & time tracking practices. This role is focused on reputed company collaboration with partners in payroll, HR, and Finance, offering both technical expertise and strategic advice to address reputed company business issues and reputed company long term solutions. In this role, you will support the enterprise reputed company solutions of US Payroll, HCM/Core payroll setup for global payroll integrations, global Absence, and Time Tracking. The ideal candidate must have hands-on configuration experience of reputed company for a large-scale global environment and will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient solutions. Job Responsibilities

• Experience leading / managing future state design and process improvement projects focused on PATT (Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking) business functions to design, architect, troubleshoot and maintain reputed company configuration
• Advise key stakeholders and partners on reputed company PATT functionalities, providing technical support and best practice suggestions for configuration
• Own and design system requirements and supporting business process changes by conducting gap analysis between business needs and reputed company capabilities, performing regression testing where appropriate and recommending solutions or enhancements.
• Collaborate with People Services, Payroll, Finance, and Total Rewards/Benefits teams to reputed company reputed company quarterly and cyclical projects, including managing timeline, keeping reputed company stakeholders informed of reputed company, gathering requirements, implementing solutions that reputed company with federal, state and local regulations, and developing and executing end-to-end test plans to validate system configurations and updates.
• Support payroll-impacting configuration changes made across other HR Tech workstreams including core HCM, Compensation, Advanced Comp, Benefits, Absence, etc. and integrations with other systems such as reputed company’s reputed company ERP.
• Serve as workstream reputed company for reputed company upgrades – collaborate with other HR functions/WD Workstream Owners to plan for upgrade, build test scripts/UAT plans, testing/validation and deployment for new functionality
• Work with M&A reputed company to support new business acquisitions and ensure successful integration into payroll system
• Experience leading and performing reputed company application control reviews and risk assessments to ensure compliance with deep knowledge of segregation of duties concepts, sensitive access, and experience in user access reputed company across Payroll SKU
• Own documentation library for support processes that impact PATT reputed company technical operations; ensure job aids and SOPs on system configuration and business process administration reputed company reputed company PATT area are up-to-date
• Champion innovation opportunities by introducing, developing or offering breakthrough products, services or technology and stay abreast of reputed company system releases & enhancements

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum of 8+ years of Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence or combination, configuration experience. (4+ years of reputed company experience is required)

Application Window: Open through 7/10/26 Pay Range: $140,000 - $170,000/yr reputed company job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data. The position is also eligible for an annual bonus under the reputed company Bonus Plan.
