Palouse Homes is currently seeking an Airbnb Host to join our team. As an Airbnb Host, you will be responsible for managing and hosting guests in our Airbnb properties. Responsibilities: ? Create and manage Airbnb listings for our properties ? Respond to guest inquiries and communicate with guests prior to their arrival ? Welcome guests upon arrival, provide them with information about the property, and answer any questions they may have ? Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the property ? Ensure that guests have a positive and enjoyable experience during their stay ? Address any guest concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner ? Coordinate with our cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure the property is prepared for each guest ? Monitor guest reviews and feedback, and take appropriate action to address any areas for improvement Requirements: ? Experience in hospitality or customer service ? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ? Attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness ? Ability to multitask and work under pressure ? Familiarity with Airbnb platform and ability to quickly adapt to new technology ?
