About The Role As a Media Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our media team in executing strategic marketing and communication initiatives. This dynamic role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for media and marketing to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and creative environment. Key Responsibilities • Media Monitoring: Monitor media channels, including traditional and digital platforms, to track coverage, identify trends, and gather relevant information for campaign analysis and reporting.? • Campaign Coordination: Support the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns, including media buying, ad placement, and campaign tracking, to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and target audience.? • Data Analysis: Analyze campaign performance metrics and audience insights using analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and social media analytics platforms, to evaluate effectiveness and optimize future strategies.? • Vendor Management: Assist in managing relationships with external vendors, agencies, and media partners, including negotiating contracts, coordinating deliverables, and ensuring timely execution of projects.? • Research and Trend Analysis: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in media and marketing, providing valuable insights to inform strategic decision-making and campaign planning.? • Quality Assurance: Ensure accuracy and consistency of marketing materials, including proofreading copy, checking graphics for quality and branding compliance, and performing final checks before publication or distribution.? • Creative Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, marketing, and communications departments, to brainstorm ideas, contribute to creative concepts, and execute integrated campaigns that deliver impactful results.?? About You • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or related field. • Prior experience in media, marketing, or communications, with a strong understanding of media planning, buying, and digital advertising. • Proficiency in social media management platforms, content management systems, and analytics tools. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative flair and attention to detail. • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven recommendations. • Proficiency in graphic design tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, is a plus. • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines. • A passion for media, marketing, and emerging trends in digital technology and consumer behavior.
