Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Part-Time Inside Sales Representative to become a vital part of our team. In this role, you will engage with potential customers through phone, email, and digital channels. Your primary responsibility will be to spark interest, nurture leads, and convert them into satisfied customers, all while delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails to connect with potential customers and leads. Gain a comprehensive understanding of our offerings to effectively communicate product features and benefits. Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients, guiding them through our tailored services and solutions. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and manage leads using our CRM system. Follow up on warm leads generated by marketing efforts and advance them through the sales funnel. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and drive lead generation. Consistently achieve or surpass weekly and monthly sales targets. Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends to our product team.
Qualifications
Experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related field is advantageous. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote setting. Proficient in using CRM software (experience with tools like HubSpot or Salesforce is a plus). Ability to learn and understand technical aspects of home improvement products and services. High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office setup.
