Job Description: We are seeking a temporary Data Entry Clerk to provide essential support for warehouse appointment scheduling and inbound freight management. In this role, you will be responsible for entering, canceling, or editing warehouse appointments using One Network and/or High Jump systems. Additionally, you will audit inbound freight costs between our Transportation Management System (TMS) and the Buyer Portal, as well as perform periodic freight cost editing within the Buyer Portal. Key Responsibilities: ? Accurately enter, cancel, and edit warehouse appointments. ? Audit and reconcile inbound freight costs between TMS and the Buyer Portal. ? Perform periodic updates and edits to freight costs in the Buyer Portal. ? Navigate and utilize various web applications efficiently. Required Skills: ? Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word). ? Strong web application navigation skills. ? High typing speed and accuracy. ? Exceptional attention to detail.
