Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Live Chat Support Representative. This role involves assisting customers through our online chat platform, providing them with real-time solutions to their inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Responsibilities: • Respond to customer inquiries via live chat promptly and professionally. • Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order processing. • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a friendly demeanor. • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and update customer profiles. • Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and accurate information is provided to customers. • Stay updated on company products, services, and promotions to offer accurate assistance. • Provide feedback to the team on recurring customer issues to improve service quality.

Requirements

Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus. • Previous experience in customer service or live chat support is preferred. • Excellent written communication skills and the ability to type quickly and accurately. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment. • Comfortable using various chat platforms and CRM software. • Flexibility to work different shifts, including evenings and weekends, if required.
