Experienced Special Education Teacher - Virtual Learning

Key Responsibilities • Provide individualized instruction and support to students with special needs. • Develop and implement tailored educational plans to meet each student’s unique needs. • Collaborate with parents, students, and other educational professionals to ensure the success of each student. Requirements • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or a related field. • Valid state teaching certification/licensure in Special Education or eligibility for certification. • At least 2 years of experience as a Special Education Teacher, preferably in a remote or virtual setting. Evaluation and Interview Process • Initial Screening: A 10-15 minute conversation with one of our recruiters to discuss your background and qualifications. • Technical Assessment: A 15-minute assessment to evaluate your technical skills. • Online Interview: A 20-30 minute interview with the school district to discuss your experience and fit for the role. • Offer: We aim to issue offers within 24-48 hours following the interview.
