Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to assist with application administration tasks. This entry-level role offers the opportunity to contribute to a critical migration project while working remotely. Key Responsibilities • Perform entry-level application administration tasks, including building organizations and user profiles in our system. • Support the migration project by manually setting up accounts and users as needed. • Provide excellent customer service and support to end users transitioning to the new application. • Collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure a smooth migration process. Top Skills Required • Exceptional typing skills (fast and accurate, with a speed of over 40 wpm). You will be asked to complete a typing assessment. • Strong command of the English language; bilingual abilities in English and Spanish are a plus. • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. • Any experience in tier 1 helpdesk or triage is advantageous but not required. Work Schedule Shifts are available within the following hours: 8 AM - 5 PM, 9 AM - 6 PM, 10 AM - 7 PM, or 11 AM - 8 PM EST. Additional Requirements • Reliable internet connection. • High school diploma or equivalent.
