Job Description:

As an Event Staff member, you will be a crucial part of our hotel’s operations, helping to create memorable experiences for our guests by ensuring that events run smoothly. You will work closely with various departments, from our culinary team to our housekeeping staff, and you will have the opportunity to learn from the best in the industry.

Responsibilities:

– Assist in setting up and tearing down of events

– Ensure all event spaces are clean, organized, and ready for use

– Liaise with clients to understand their needs and expectations

– Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless execution of events

– Follow all health and safety regulations

Requirements:

– Excellent communication skills

– Able to work well in a team

– Strong problem-solving skills

– Able to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy items

Education Qualifications:

A high school diploma or equivalent is required. An associate’s or bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred but not necessary.

Experience:

Prior experience in a similar role is a plus but not a requirement. We value a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn more than experience.
