Job Description

As a Client Relations Representative, you will play a vital role in managing and enhancing relationships with our valued clients, providing exceptional service, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Requirements

– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

– Minimum of 2 years of experience in client relations, customer service, or a related role.

– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

– Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

– Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

– Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and preferences.

– Conduct regular follow-ups and check-ins with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.

– Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client requirements.

– Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update CRM systems accordingly.

– Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services.

– Provide clients with information about new products, services, and promotions.

Educational Qualifications
