We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Remote Virtual Chat Assistant to provide real-time support to customers through online chat. As a Virtual Chat Assistant, you will engage with customers via live chat, answering inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding them through product or service information. This role requires excellent written communication skills, fast problem-solving abilities, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: • Handle customer inquiries through live chat and provide real-time solutions to their issues. • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, billing, and technical support. • Assist customers in navigating the company’s website, services, and troubleshooting issues they may encounter. • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department for further assistance. • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and log all chats in the company’s CRM system. • Follow up with customers... to ensure their concerns have been fully resolved and provide additional assistance as needed. • Stay updated on company policies, promotions, and product updates to deliver the most current information to customers. • Meet response time goals, handle multiple chats simultaneously, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or education in customer service or communications is a plus. • Proven experience in a chat support, virtual assistant, or customer service role, preferably in a remote setting. • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally. • Proficient in typing and multitasking, with the ability to handle multiple chat interactions at once. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly to provide effective solutions. • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote environment. • Familiarity with customer service platforms and CRM systems such as Zendesk, Intercom, or similar. Requirements: • Stable, high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace. • Experience using online chat platforms and tools like Slack, Microsoft Teams, or company-specific chat systems. • Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, if required.
