Remote Property Manager for Airbnb Hosts – Full/Part-Time - Contract to Hire

Property Manager (Full-time / Part-time) Overview... We are looking for dedicated and detail-oriented Property Managers to provide full account management services for Airbnb.com and Booking.com hosts. This role involves handling various administrative tasks to ensure efficient property management for our clients. Position: Property Manager Job Type: Full-time / Part-time Location: Remote Compensation: £2400 - £3050 per month, depending on responsibilities and experience level Job Responsibilities: Level I - Property Manager (Data Entry): Input data from provided sources (e.g., Google Drive) into document management systems or partner websites. Compensation: £2400 per month Hours: 20-40 hours per week Level II - Property Manager (Document Review): Review and check documents for accuracy and completion. Attach supporting documents to the system. Compensation: £2650 per month Hours: 20-40 hours per week Level III - Property Manager (Team Management): Review team progress, correct or delete unnecessary data, and make necessary modifications. Compensation: £3050 per month Hours: 20-40 hours per week Job Duration: 6 months to ongoing (minimum 20 hours per week, maximum 40 hours per week) Requirements: College degree. Strong attention to detail. Access to email and the ability to use a computer or phone. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word & Excel). Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks efficiently. Candidates must pass a short trial task (2-4 hours) to qualify for the position. If unavailable immediately, the task can be extended for up to 1 week. Training: A paid training period will be provided.
