Requirements • Proven experience as a customer service supervisor or similar role. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • Proficiency with customer service software and tools. • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. • Ability to work independently and manage remote teams. • High-speed internet connection and a dedicated home workspace. Educational Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred. • Relevant certifications in customer service or management are a plus.
