As a coach at Better Love, you'll connect with clients from diverse backgrounds, offering personalized support on a range of sexual health issues. Responsibilities Facilitate personalized 1-on-1 coaching sessions online via our innovative web and mobile platforms, addressing diverse sexual health concerns and overall well-being. Address sensitive topics with empathy and professionalism, delivering actionable solutions and support, especially when managing challenging or malicious clients discreetly. Uphold top-tier standards of professionalism, ethical integrity, and confidentiality in all interactions. Enhance client acquisition and retention, effectively converting inquiries into long-lasting, positive relationships. Ideal Profile Requirements Proven experience in client acquisition and conversion, with a strong track record of managing challenging interactions. Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to actively listen and respond effectively in difficult situations. An empathetic, open-minded, and non-judgmental approach suitable for a diverse and complex clientele. Proficiency in conducting sessions via text, voice, and video calls on web and mobile platforms. Experience in sexual health or related coaching domains is highly advantageous. Coaching certification or relevant qualifications are preferred, though we also welcome experienced individuals without formal certificates.
