Data Entry Coordinator, SAP

Technology Partners is currently seeking a talented Data Entry Coordinator. Do you have experience in SAP task management and data accuracy? Let us help you make your next big career move a reality! What You Will Be Doing... • SAP Data Migration: Recreate task lists in SAP using new cost centers, ensuring accurate data transfer and cross-referencing. • Inventory Management: Relabel stock room materials with updated stickers, organizing and tracking inventory. • Work Center Creation: Establish new work centers for MSE, MSM, and department operations, copying from existing centers and verifying cost centers and plant codes. • Maintenance Plan Updates: Modify cost centers and planning plants on maintenance plan items, ensuring data accuracy. • Purchase Order Cleanup: Collaborate with buyers to clean and close old purchase orders before the end of the year. Required Skills & Experience: • Data Entry: Proficiency in data entry and typing, with high accuracy and attention to detail. • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to organize and manage tasks effectively. • Technical Skills: Knowledge of computer software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word) and familiarity with data management systems. • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve data inconsistencies and process issues. • Communication: Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders. • SAP Experience: Prior experience with SAP is preferred but not mandatory. Pay: $12.12 - $17.31/hr. We are interested in every qualified candidate who is eligible to work in the United States.
