  • Handle and resolve customer complaints in a courteous and professional manner.

  • Provide information about products and services, including benefits, features, and promotions.

  • Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate teams for resolution.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

  • Meet or exceed performance targets, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.

• Required Skills and Qualifications: •

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in computer navigation and basic software applications.

  • Previous customer service experience preferred.

  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: •

  • Knowledge of financial services industry preferred but not required.
