CR&R Incorporated**. • *Position Overview:** The Customer Service Representative role is a key position responsible for answering a high-volume of incoming calls from Residential and Commercial customers regarding their waste and recycling services. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service in a professional, positive, and efficient manner and effectively addressing customer complaints and concerns. Flexible remote and in-office work arrangements. This is a local position. • *Position Responsibilities:** • Managing large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner (75 to 120 per day) • Identifying customers needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions • Maintains call center database by entering information • Follow all communication procedures, policies, and guidelines during every customer interaction • *Candidate Qualifications:** • Minimum one year of Call Center experience • High School diploma or GED • In Person and/or Phone Customer Service experience • Excellent communication skills (oral and written) • Inbound Call Center • Professional demeanor • Microsoft Office: Intermediate + level • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus • *Company Benefits:** • Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance • Short and long-term disability insurance • 401(k) plan with a generous company match • Employee discount program • *EEO Statement:** C R & R is an equal opportunity employer.
