In this remote role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that claims are processed with precision and efficiency, supporting our clients through the intricate claims process... Key Responsibilities • Claims Management: Develop a comprehensive understanding of workers’ compensation and auto accident claims, ensuring timely and accurate settlement at appropriate reimbursement levels. • Documentation Review: Diligently assess and organize incoming documentation, confirming correct coding and readiness for processing. • Problem-Solving: Utilize critical thinking skills to troubleshoot and resolve specific account issues swiftly and effectively. • System Navigation: Adapt to and implement evolving strategies within our database system to utilize the most current methods. • Data Management: Conduct thorough research on claims and accurately input new information into our existing system. • Customer Communication: Provide prompt responses to inquiries from various stakeholders, including patients, employers, attorneys, and insurance companies, ensuring all communications are timely and informative. • Follow-Up Calls: Initiate outbound calls to provide updates on new claims, facilitating smooth resolutions. • Inbound Calls: Professionally manage incoming calls from customers such as hospitals and physician groups, offering clear and supportive responses. • Customer Relations: Uphold a high standard of professionalism and patience in all interactions, particularly while addressing customer concerns or complaints. Required Skills • Strong understanding of workers’ compensation and auto accident claims • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities • Attention to detail in documentation and data management • Proficient in navigating database systems • Strong communication skills for customer interactions • High level of professionalism and patience Qualifications • Previous experience in claims management or a related field preferred • Strong organizational skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Compensation

Starting at $24/hour.
