Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or related fields is a plus. • Exceptional written communication skills with a keen attention to detail. • Ability to handle multiple chat sessions and prioritize inquiries efficiently. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure. • Familiarity with customer service software, chat tools, and CRM systems. • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment.
