The successful candidate will interact directly with the sales team, internal and external customers, and IT. Job Responsibilities: • Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel, which may include: • In-house Agents and High-Profile agents • Senior management • Monitor internal support queues reviewing, processing, and assigning inquiries. • Work closely with Regionals Managers and Sales Representatives to meet account performance objectives; meet clients’ expectations, provide & maintain client satisfaction, and ensure problem resolution. • Develop a strong knowledge of proprietary systems, agency operations and title software. • Assist Onboarding Manager with new agent onboarding. • Support internal agent audit team. • Answer incoming calls to provide support or direct to appropriate department. • Report preparation. Minimum Qualifications: • HS Diploma Required. • Experience in Title Insurance, Customer Support, Title Software a plus. • Analytical skills and strong attention to detail. • Ability to identify, prioritize and solve problems effectively. • Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. • Advanced knowledge of software applications including Microsoft Products, Title Software’s and Jira preferred. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Possess effective communication skills.
