Job Overview We are seeking a committed Pharmacy Technician to enhance our team and contribute to the delivery of outstanding pharmacy services. This position plays a vital role in ensuring efficient pharmacy operations while fostering a positive experience for our patients... Key Responsibilities • Collaborate with the pharmacy help desk grievance team to effectively address and resolve issues. • Accurately enter and route grievances to the appropriate coordinators. • Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets for review by leadership. • Perform additional tasks as required to support the pharmacy team. Required Skills • A minimum of 2 years of experience in retail pharmacy settings. • Proficient computer skills, including typing, Outlook, and Excel. • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy. • Capability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced work environment. • Adaptable to change and willing to embrace new processes. • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members and patients. Qualifications • High school diploma or GED is required. • At least one year of pharmacy experience working under a licensed pharmacist or completion of an accredited pharmacy technician program. • Familiarity with the third-party claims process is preferred.
