Virtual Part-time Math Tutor (Texas)

Our objective is to help students Aim, Learn, and Succeed... This fully remote part-time position is perfect for a candidate looking to work after hours to earn extra income with a flexible schedule. We are willing to work around the candidate's availability. Schedule • Monday – Sunday • Evening Shift • Weekend availability Job Requirements • Bachelor's Degree (4 years degree) • Must have math tutor experience • Experience may substitute for a bachelor's degree (College junior and senior students are welcome to apply.) • College students are welcome to apply • Knowledgeable and fluent with math levels from 4th grade to 12th grade, including Algebra 1 &2, Geometry*, Pre-Calculus. (you will be required to pass our proficiency test) • Calculus 1-2, Statistics, Physics, Chemistry (preferred but not required) • Tutors are required and responsible for prepping lesson materials • Pass a background check • Have a laptop, tablet, and stylus pen (ex: Apple Pencil) • Stable and reliable Wi-Fi network connection Preferred Qualifications • Tutoring experience (2+ years) • Experience teaching virtually • Good listening and communication skills • **Only applications within Texas, will be considered. • **An individual must be authorized to work in the United States (lawful permanent residents, US citizen) Job Types: Part-time, Contract Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour Schedule: • Monday to Friday • On call • Weekends as needed Education: • Bachelor's (Required) Experience: • Teaching: 1 year (Preferred) • Tutoring: 2 years (Required) Location: • Texas (Required) Work Location: Remote Apply Job!
