Entry Level Customer Service Representative

Hiring asap for a 2nd shift Customer Service Representative Description... • Take inbound to answer questions and work towards a solution (40-50) and make outbound calls when available (90-120+ calls a day) and use various collection strategies to collect on past due bills • Answer customers questions regarding bill • Offer options on how to pay/negotiate payment in full or set up payment arrangements • Manage and review accounts to identify adjustments, discrepancies, and create a request for resolution Qualifications: • 1+ year of customer service experience • Someone who performs well with upset customers face to face or over the phone • Some who is well spoken or professional over the phone • Basic computer (restarting a computer, using an internet browser, Microsoft Office, and typing) skills • Ability to multi-task, strong listening skills, and proven reliability/punctuality in past positions required Hours: Mon-Thurs 11 AM-8 PM, Friday 9 AM–6 PM, with a rotating Saturday (MST) Pay: $20 h/r (weekly pay) Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
