Responsible for entering work orders for dental and laboratory handpieces. Reviews work orders to verify customer warranty claims. Accurately enter data into corresponding fields within various software programs KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Enters work orders for dental and laboratory handpieces Reviews work orders to verify customer warranty claims Accurately enter data into corresponding fields within various software programs Completes warranty work for various vendors, specifically tracking items to ensure accuracy Acts as a backup to the Customer Service Representatives, by assisting with taking overflow telephone calls, at times of high call volume Work with Microsoft Office Participates in special projects and performs other duties as required. WORK EXPERIENCE: Previous experience in a relevant position desired Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) preferred.
