Clickstream Product Data Analyst (100% Remote) Mode of Interview: Virtual Job Description: Overview: We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Clickstream Product Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing user behavior through clickstream data, building insightful reports, and generating actionable insights. You should have expertise in clickstream tagging and tracking, writing complex SQL queries, and working with data visualization tools like Tableau. Experience with Amplitude for both charting and reporting, as well as for pulling data from the backend, is essential. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain clickstream tagging and tracking to capture key user interactions across web and mobile platforms. Perform deep-dive analyses on user behavior using clickstream data, identifying trends, and presenting findings to product and marketing teams. Write complex SQL queries to pull, manipulate, and analyze large datasets from... multiple sources, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. Build and maintain dashboards and visualizations in Tableau to communicate key metrics and insights to stakeholders. Utilize Amplitude to generate custom reports, charts, and insights that drive product and user experience optimizations. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to implement data- driven strategies based on your analyses. Perform ad hoc data analysis and reporting as requested by leadership to support decision- making. Qualifications: Proven experience with clickstream tagging and tracking in a product or analytics role. Strong proficiency in SQL, with the ability to write complex queries and pull data from backend systems. Advanced skills in Tableau for creating dashboards and visual reports. Hands-on experience with Amplitude for data analysis, charting, and generating reports. Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Familiarity with web and mobile analytics tools is a plus.
