We are currently seeking an experienced and highly-skilled mechanical engineer to join our growing company... Mechanical Engineer Duties and Responsibilities • Monitor and analyze mechanical devices for problems • Develop new devices or changes to improve current equipment to meet client requirements. • Recommend design changes, cost reductions, warranty improvements, and manufacturing issues • Oversee installation of new system or machinery • Perform and analyze tests to track results • Create user instructions Mechanical Engineer Requirements and Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering • Active Professional Engineering License • Experience with mechanical design or manufacturing engineering work • Proficient with CAD • Proficient with Solidworks. • Familiarity with faliure mitigation techniques and root cause analysis. • Knowledge of ISO 9001 level Quality assurance system • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite • Extensive knowledge of product lifecycle management (PLM) • proficient in using engineer measuring equipment.
