In the first 90 days, you will conquer the following: • Absorb our madness (HireOS method) and the fundamentals of the Intertru interview process and present to the team your understanding of our method (30 day) • Hunt and engage potential customers according to the plan, seek understanding, and pivot quickly (30 day) • Execute daily activity KPI's agreed upon for new customer outreach (60 day) • Collect and present measurable data to enhance our sales playbook for success while setting the benchmarks for success as you grow the organization (60 day) • Refine and set realistic quarterly metrics (rocks) for the upcoming quarter (90 day) Soft Skills An uncanny ability to listen to understand not to respond, dig deeper and build things. You love the hunt and thrive in challenging the status quo. Internalizing, mastering, and innovating scrips is your jam. Thrive with systemization and process but a natural resistance to "this is how we do things". You’ll be collaborating with other A-players who are fully engaged in our mission to enable small business innovation & unbridled growth. First, we are a pre-funded bootstrapped startup. Meaning, that you must have a desire for equity over compensation. Intertru is a method-driven interviewing accuracy platform that uses AI and HireOS® methodology to ensure that your company hires the strongest people, every time. We released the MVP of our platform in November and have secured paying customers. The business roadmap poses some HUGE challenges in bringing customer success delivery and excellence are critical.
