As our e-Commerce Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing our presence on Amazon Seller Central and Shopify. From crafting enticing product descriptions to ensuring seamless order fulfillment, you'll be at the heart of our online success. Responsibilities: • Craft Compelling Content: Create captivating product listings on Amazon (www.amazon.com/shops/707street) and Shopify (707Street.com) by optimizing titles, descriptions, bullet points, and images to drive conversions and maximize visibility. • Financial Wizardry: Skillfully reconcile purchase orders with vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our financial processes. • Supplier Collaboration: Act as a liaison between our company and suppliers, obtaining and evaluating quotations, placing purchase orders, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. • Performance Maestro: Monitor and analyze ASIN performance, rankings, ratings, and customer reviews. Provide strategic recommendations to enhance rankings and drive sales growth. • Pricing Expertise: Analyze sales data and make pricing recommendations to stay competitive in the market. • Keywords are Key: Conduct Amazon keyword research and implement strategies to optimize search visibility. • Multi-Platform Mastery: Add and edit products on our website and Amazon store, ensuring a consistent and engaging customer experience. • Pack, Ship, and Delight: Assist with packing and shipping processes to maintain the highest standards of customer satisfaction. • Social Media Savvy: Contribute to our Instagram presence by adding engaging content that reflects the essence of our brand. • Master of Data: Execute meticulous data entry tasks to keep our systems up-to-date and accurate. Additional Duties: • Creative Force: Develop and lead content marketing initiatives, especially for Amazon feature images, to elevate our brand presence.
