Key Responsibilities • Execute data enrichment tasks adhering to both established and client-specific guidelines. • Conduct credentialing-related activities, which include application data entry, verification of vendors, and oversight of board certification details. • Engage in communication with state boards and credentialing authorities to secure status updates and necessary verifications. • Ensure meticulous accuracy in data management, complying with industry standards and regulations. • Perform verification and cross-referencing of data provided by external entities using online databases and additional sources. • Undertake other duties as needed to support team efficacy and operational excellence. Required Skills • Unwavering attention to detail, demonstrating commitment to excellence and accuracy. • Proficient English communication skills, exhibiting both written and verbal capabilities. • Capacity to effectively manage credentialing-related responsibilities. Qualifications • A minimum of 6 months of experience in a data entry or customer service role is preferred. • Availability to commit to a 40-hour work week, Monday through Friday, with weekends off. • A reliable work-from-home setup with internet speeds of at least 15 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.
