Experience: At least 1 year of experience in GMAT tutoring or teaching. Experience with other graduate school admissions exams is a plus, but not required. Communication Skills: Excellent communicator who can clearly explain complex concepts and connect with students. Tech Skills: Proficient with basic computer tools; comfortable using online platforms for tutoring. Commitment: Willingness to commit to at least one semester.
