Remote Benefits Call Center Representative Mandatory Paid Training 6 weeks $15.00 per hour in training $16.00 per hour in production Production Hours: Monday - Friday / shifts between 9:00AM -5:30 PM EST About the Role As a Benefits Administration Services Associate II, you will be responsible for: + Responding to client specific inquiries through multiple channels including telephone and web correspondence. + Assisting participants with the information needed to make informed decisions. + Completing transaction(s) related to the customer's inquiry with limited supervision while meeting timeliness and accuracy standards. + Explaining the appropriate participant forms and provides guidance on completion. + Completing follow up and call backs in a timely manner and escalate as appropriate. + Gathering information to keep customer profiles and accounts up to date. + Providing great customer service.

Requirements

To be successful in this role you will: + Have a High School Diploma or an equivalent level of education. + Be able to successfully pass a criminal background check and drug test. + Demonstrate problem-solving skills. + Be able to type a minimum of 20 WPM (words per minute) on a computer. + Have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. The estimated salary range for this role is $ 31,200 - $39,000.
