Key Responsibilities • Deliver Therapeutic Support: Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions to effectively address a variety of mental health and emotional challenges. • Develop and Implement Treatment Plans: Craft and execute personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client, employing best practices. • Collaborate with a Multidisciplinary Team: Engage with a diverse group of professionals, including educators, social workers, and healthcare personnel, to ensure comprehensive care. • Crisis Intervention: Provide essential crisis intervention services and support for clients and their families in times of need. • Community Engagement: Actively participate in outreach and educational initiatives to strengthen community ties. Required Skills • Strong clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning capabilities. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a therapeutic environment. • Proven experience working with children, adolescents, and families. Qualifications • A Master's degree in mental health counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field from an accredited institution. • Must possess or be license-eligible (LICSW, LHMH, LMFT, LADC-I). • Prior experience in providing therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and families.
