Key Responsibilities • Deliver Therapeutic Support: Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions to effectively address a variety of mental health and emotional challenges. • Develop and Implement Treatment Plans: Craft and execute personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client, employing best practices. • Collaborate with a Multidisciplinary Team: Engage with a diverse group of professionals, including educators, social workers, and healthcare personnel, to ensure comprehensive care. • Crisis Intervention: Provide essential crisis intervention services and support for clients and their families in times of need. • Community Engagement: Actively participate in outreach and educational initiatives to strengthen community ties.
