Youtube Channel Manager & Video Editor
We're seeking a highly emotionally intelligent YouTube growth Strategist who is passionate about self-growth, authentic marketing, and creating impactful content. You'll work closely with our Project Manager and Admin VA to grow our YouTube presence for the Wendy Garrido International brand and create engaging content that resonates with sixand seven-figure entrepreneurs. YT: @wendygarrido A Day in the Life: - Review audio memos from owner regarding content direction - Check Frame.io for video feedback and implement changes - Edit and optimize videos for YouTube publishing - Create engaging thumbnails and optimize content using VidIQ - Handle video production including editing, effects, and branding - Manage bi-monthly YouTube lives - Draft content-based email sequences - Review content calendar and topic alignment - Coordinate with the Project Manager on content strategy Key Responsibilities: Content Creation & Management: - Meet with owner weekly to determine video topics for the week, update content calendar, follow up on unfinished tasks, etc. - Edit professional videos for YouTube and other platforms - Create visually appealing graphics and thumbnails - Enhance videos with overlays, subtitles, and brand elements - Brainstorm creative content ideas for entrepreneurial audience - Keep up to date on the latest algorithm changes - Moderate comments and manage YouTube live streams - Optimize content for YouTube SEO - Mention the keyword rainbow in your cover letter - Analyze channel performance metrics - Repurpose content for other platforms Required Skills: - Proven experience in YouTube channel management and video production, data analysis - Proficiency in video editing software - Graphic design expertise - Experience with Frame.io - Strong understanding of YouTube SEO, algorithms and analytics Bonus Qualifications: - Experience with personal growth and emotional intelligence work - Background in authentic marketing and content strategy - Experience with Amazon book promotion a plus - Background in data analytics a plus - Personal experience with Internal Family Systems, and relationship dynamic - Understanding of emotional intelligence and trauma-informed approaches To apply, please email your cover letter to [email protected] written and in a warm, casual, friendly and compassionate tone and tell me: -Three insights you gained from watching my YouTube content that resonated with you personally.
