About the position The Internal SIU Supervisor at GEICO is responsible for directing and supervising Internal Security Investigators and independent investigators to ensure the effective resolution of questionable claims. This remote position involves conducting investigations into suspected fraud or illegal activities against the company, evaluating the credibility of information, and training staff on technical and procedural matters. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a fast-paced work environment. Responsibilities • Direct and supervise Internal Security Investigators and independent investigators. , • Conduct investigations of suspected fraud or illegal activities against the company. , • Evaluate information to determine its credibility. , • Train staff on technical and procedural matters. , • Handle heavy call volume and resolve complex business problems. , • Follow complex instructions and facilitate conflict resolution. Requirements • Must be able to speak in a professional manner by telephone. , • Must be able to attain and maintain required licenses issued by insurance departments of various states. , • Must be able to handle heavy call volume in a fast-paced work environment. , • Must have strong organization and priority-setting skills. , • Must be able to multi-task and learn large amounts of technical and procedural information. , • Completion of Supervisor Foundations/HR courses (level 1) is required.
