Job Description

What you will be doing: • Provide support to Curative and Closing departments by assisting with customer service and administrative duties related to refinance transactions. • Work directly with clients and their borrowers to address title-related items such as judgments and tax liens. • Prepare and review documents for closing transactions. • Efficiently communicate requirements and other information to clients as needed. Experience you will need: • This is a very entry-level position as an Escrow Assistant. • Escrow and Real Estate experience not required. • Open to candidates with Mortgage Admin or related experience. • Strong customer service orientation. • Detail orientation. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Problem-solving skills. • Strong organizational skills. • Knowledge of MS Office suite. • Ability to maintain professionalism and a positive service attitude at all times. • Knowledge of company and/or client operating systems. • High School diploma or equivalent. • 1-2 years’ experience in a related real estate or title field preferred, but not required.
