About the position As a Senior Accountant at our well-regarded accounting firm, you will play a crucial role in our accounting practice, working closely with our Certified Public Accountant (CPA) team. This fully remote position allows you to contribute to our audit and assurance services from the comfort of your home while being part of a nationally recognized firm. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial reporting and compliance with applicable regulations. You will be responsible for managing various accounting tasks, including preparing financial statements, conducting audits, and providing assurance services to our clients. Responsibilities • Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with GAAP. , • Conduct audits and assurance engagements for various clients. , • Collaborate with CPAs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. , • Assist in the preparation of tax returns and related documentation. , • Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff. , • Analyze financial data and identify trends or discrepancies. , • Communicate effectively with clients regarding their financial matters. Requirements • At least 4 years of accounting experience. , • Experience in audit and assurance is a plus. , • Completion of CPA courses is a plus.
