Job Description: The Senior Manager, Client Financial Operations will oversee client billing and accounts payable processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with financial policies. This role requires a customer-focused, detail-oriented professional with a drive to innovate and streamline financial operations. Senior Manager, Client Financial Operations Schedule & Location: • Schedule: Monday–Friday, EST time zone • Location: Fully remote (never coming onsite) Senior Manager, Client Financial Operations Salary/Wage: • $29.00/hour Senior Manager, Client Financial Operations Duties: • Oversee efficient billing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations. • Partner with internal business systems to optimize accounts payable and billable workflows. • Prepare and distribute client invoices, addressing discrepancies promptly. • Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary billing information. • Manage accounts payable activities, including vendor setup, payments, and tracking. • Review and analyze financial data to identify process improvement opportunities. • Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, SOX compliance, and relevant regulations. • Foster positive relationships with sales teams and clients to address billing inquiries. • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on payables and receivables. Senior Manager, Client Financial Operations Required Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience as a Senior Financial Analyst/Manager in Media or Advertising industries, with a focus on client billing and accounts payable. • 2+ years of experience with accounting principles and financial regulations. • 1+ year of experience with financial software tools such as Salesforce, SAP, or similar. • Verifiable High School Diploma or GED. Senior Manager, Client Financial Operations Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in retail media. • Demonstrated ability to understand business trends and strategize effectively. • Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for driving innovation. • Effective communication skills for engaging with clients and stakeholders. • Mediaocean experience. • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
