We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Field Auto Damage Appraiser in Rhode Island to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating vehicle damage, creating estimates for repair costs, and assisting in the claims process. This role involves traveling to different locations in Rhode Island to perform inspections and deliver accurate appraisals. What You Will Do
Photographing vehicle damage as directed. Evaluate vehicle damages and determine repair costs accurately. Utilize Auto estimating software to prepare estimates efficiently. Communicate with insurance adjusters, repair shops, and clients regarding appraisals. Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to assess damage. Manage claim documentation including photos, estimates, supplements, and total loss forms. Maintain a quick turnaround time for claims processing to meet cycle time goals. Handle various types of claims including auto claims. Qualifications Possess knowledge of estimatics software (Mitchell/CCC/Audatex, etc.) Proven experience in auto damage appraisal or a related field. I-CAR certification is preferred. Licensed in the State of Rhode Island Must be extremely professional in their conduct Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
