About the position The Communication Center Specialist will be responsible for making calls to schedule appointments for past due patients and unscheduled treatments, specifically targeting the Texas market. This remote position requires bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, focusing on delivering a high level of customer service and ensuring a positive experience for patients of affiliated pediatric dental and orthodontic practices. Responsibilities • Make calls to schedule past due patients and unscheduled treatments. , • Call from Medicaid rosters to reach out to patients. , • Provide high-level customer service and act as an advocate for patients. , • Assist in various administrative functions as needed. , • Follow company and department procedures and guidelines. Requirements • High school diploma or GED. , • Experience working in a busy environment. , • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. , • Proficient in spelling and typing. , • Ability to be a team player and reliable. , • Bilingual in Spanish and English, with the ability to read, write, and speak fluently. , • Basic knowledge of dental terminology. , • Previous dental experience is preferred.
