Requirements • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field preferred. , • 1 year of experience in healthcare risk management, compliance, or a related field is advantageous. , • Proficiency in data entry and record keeping. , • Strong organizational and administrative skills. , • Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Nice-to-haves • Certification in risk management (CPHRM) or willingness to complete within the first 18 months of the role. , • Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements in healthcare or risk management.
