Investments Operations Consultant

Job Summary: Join Fidelity Investments and focus on deepening client relationships and creating complex financial plans. In this role, you'll work with an existing client base, offering guidance and personalized planning while leveraging the firm's brand and resources. Job Duties and Responsibilities: • Engage face-to-face with clients in our Investor Center, offering guidance and personalized planning. • Utilize open architecture product platform and top resources in the financial industry to nurture relationships with existing clients. • Present complex solutions to clients, uncovering needs, and recommending appropriate financial products and services. • Continuously build rapport and credibility with clients through positive, client-centered discussions. • Introduce clients to different investment strategies and bring together additional client assets. • Deliver an outstanding customer experience, exceeding client expectations and fostering long-term relationships. Qualifications and Experience: • Previous success in building relationships, uncovering needs, and recommending solutions in a financial environment. • FINRA Series 7 & 63 licensed; Series 65 or 66 licensed and appropriate state registrations OR ability to acquire series 65/66 upon hire. • Ability to present complex solutions to a knowledgeable client base while building rapport and credibility. • Degree and/or professional certifications are helpful; Tuition Reimbursement program available. • Extensive knowledge of investment solutions and financial planning concepts.
