Program Duration: Our program runs approximately 40 hours per week, June through mid-August. This internship would be Hybrid - Eagan, open to Minnesota - Remote What you will do: In this internship, you will actively engage with BCBSMN pharmacy team and PBM clinical team in design and coordination of clinical programs including formulary management and utilization management. Provide assistance with PBM oversight. Lead projects related to disease and case management, patient safety, and clinical outcomes. Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of clinical programs. Actively engage in special projects related to drug management activities. Other duties as assigned. Requirements: Completed at least the first year of pharmacy coursework Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Ability to prioritize and support a variety of projects Preferred: Previous managed care or internship experience helpful but not necessary Perks of interning at BCBSMN: Real project impact: Dive into meaningful projects that matter.
