Are you Unlimited? Athletes Unlimited is looking for a Coordinator, Warehouse & Equipment to manage inventory, maintain and embellish equipment, fulfill gifting requests, and travel to vendors. This position is full-time, hybrid and reports to the Director, Sports Equipment. Work hours will be from 9am-5pm Monday through Friday, with the ability to be on-call for evenings, and games or events on weekends as needed. The warehouse is located in Fair Lawn, NJ, while our game locations will vary based on sport. Responsibilities • Assist in loading and unloading of equipment in the warehouse for the preparation of each sports’ respective season • Prepare ‘Bill of Lading’ and lead communications with trucking equipment to/from each market • Travel to markets to assist with Load-In and Load-Out, as well as fill in for Equipment Ops as needed • Improve, maintain, and organize assets at the warehouse in a manner that is accessible, efficient, and maximizes space usage • Maintain accurate record of all incoming and outgoing inventory in TeamWorks utilizing QR label/code and status of item/asset’s condition • Assist in the general upkeep of equipment which may include: refurbishment, laundering, and product testing • Assist in the production and completion of in-house embellishment of each sport’s equipment (practice gear, replica jerseys, and more) • Manage production, fulfillment, shipping, and communication of all VIP and Gifting requests • 1-3 years of experience in inventory management and logistics, or a similar field • Reside in the North Jersey area with the ability to commute to the Athletes Unlimited Warehouse in Fair Lawn, New Jersey • Ability to be on-call for evenings, and games or events on weekends as needed • Ability to lift heavy objects (50-70 lbs) and work in non-temperature controlled environments • Proficiency in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and TeamWorks Inventory Systems • Travel to vendors and seasons as needed (approximately 15% of the time) • Legal authorization to work in the United States This role is full-time, hybrid and is compensated at a range of $45,000 to $52,000 annually. While this is the intended range, the actual compensation may vary based on several factors including but not limited to qualifications, skills, and geographic location of the position. We anticipate the highest end of the range will be reserved for those who exceed the hiring committee’s expectations on all measures of the evaluation process.
